How I Started:
Well i have always worked out i was a wopping 220lbs 1 1/2 years ago and strong but had a large body fat percentage then one day an employee at the gym suggested i do a bodybuilding compatition so now i had a goal awsome! I was getting stagnent had 4 months to prep and i lost 55lbs retaining most of my muscle at about 165lbs i competed in the NANBF Missuori Classic and placed 1st in the sub-masters and 3rd in the open now i'm hooked!
Why I Love It:
The chalange of shaping my body and overcomming those goals
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard with all the dieting but the pure satisfaction know ing that i gave it my all

Missouri Classic 1st sub-master & 3rd Open short
Gateway Naturals 3rd sub-master 4th Novice &6th open short
Tulsa naturals placed 2nd open short 2nd novice 2nd submasters
Arkansas places 2nd sub-masters and 7th open short
I was rearended by by some jerk last week and i suffered a concusion and whiplash, my doc said no weight training until he revaluates me next week i had to cancel all my clients training appiontments and have just been sitting around the house taking it easy i am not used to that boardem +...

i did stlouis naturals here in stlouis in july took 4th submasters but didnt place in novice or open........just really getting back to workouts here? what show u doing this weekend? u doin oct show this year??

I'm doing good....same old routine. Work, eat, sleep and pump. I'm still bulking and adding some mass. Going to cut soon though, and use some of your advice. Good luck in the show!
