I keep it lean and natural, following the food pyramid closely.
Morning
- Whole grain cereal (1-2 servings)
- Banana, grapes, or strawberries (1 serving of 1 fruit)
- Orange Juice or Apple Juice (1 serving)
* Sometimes I eat 3 eggs on a sandwich instead of cereal.
Snack
- Protein smoothie 40 grams
Lunch (usually just one of these)
- Turkey Sandwich/ Sub
- Chicken Salad, light dressing.
- Fruit Salad
- 2 Turkey Hotdogs, enriched bread, ketchup
Dinner (Usually one)
- Steak between 1.5 and 2lbs (Top Sirloin or Sirloin Petite) with salad or fruit choice
- Chicken Breast 1-2lbs, with a salad or fruit
- 2 Beef Hamburger, 85/15 beef ratio, enriched pattie with ketchup and american cheese, fruit or vegetable also
- 2 Turkey Hotdogs, enriched buns and ketchup, fruit or vegetable also
- Turkey Sandwich, enriched bread, light mayo, and american cheese, with salad or fruit
