What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I mentally envision my workout and try to get a fire burning inside before I go to the gym. Many times I watch some Ronnie Coleman or Branch Warren video.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has been a great unifier. My wife and I work out together and hope to compete in the future. I also have noticed more structure.
I have been busy!!! Who isn't right? I have been having to turn in some long hours at work. Less sleep have produced weak workouts but I am still in the game. I guess that is the important thing right.
Glad to hear you are working out hard and working thru the pains! Same here...back at it and working up some much needed motivation. Have a great weekend my friend.
