I'm getting older and at my job I sit on my butt all day so I joined a gym and hired a trainer. The rest is history. Can't put the weights down!
Why I Love It:
The results. I feel great because I look great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music and posing in the mirror. It feels silly, but it shows you what you've been working so hard for. Motivation is why I am on here...to get feedback, encouragement, not to show off. Those things keep me going.

None yet. That's right I said YET. You might see me on stage in 2010.

Chest 1x per week with anterior and lateral deltoid movements

thanks j, my legs are still the same size, they are just flexed real hard in the photo.. if I'm only walking around they don't look that way at all :)
