How I Started:
One of the doctors I worked with at my last job was a body builder. He encouraged me every day to go workout and get healthy. At the time I weighed about 135-140lbs and wasn't in very good shape. I finally got into the gym and now I can't miss a day. I'm up to 172 and looking and feeling the best I ever have.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love looking great and improving that every day. There is always room for improvement. Bodybuilding is a great stress reliever and not only helps physically but mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting high goals keeps me motivated. When I get close I set them higher. Also, seeing all the hard, toned bodies in the health magazines I subscribe to makes me want to have one myself. I want to have the best body in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained over 30lbs. of lean muscle mass. Mentally and physically a much stronger person.

Years before I started working out...I was about the same weight when I started though...
