How I Started:
I actually started out of bordum. When I moved out and stayed with my uncle he had weights and I had nothing to do so I have been off and on ever since. Now its time to get serious.
Why I Love It:
It improves your body and state of mind. It also relaxes me as well as gives me time to myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Other than self improvement stumbling onto bodyspace and viewing all of the before and after pics keeps me motivated. I am tired of slacking. I need to get serious.

Goal (Long):
I want to get into the best shape of my life. I want to keep up a healthy lifestyle and like I said before get crazy ripped! I am trying to get down to 6-7% bodyfat. Eventually I want my certificate to do some personal training and hopefully get into some fitness modeling, get a supplement sponsership, and compete eventually.
My boy Kiz inspires me because you can see all of the hard work he puts into the gym. This dude is crazy ripped and definately what people can can inspire to look like through hard work and training.
Jason..im def feeling you on that weekend man im needing it to. Good to here you doing your thing but hey def wouldnt expect anything less from you homie you puttin in that work! Everything is cool on my end up'd my cardio have to get right so i can look some what decent in the boarder shorts on the beach....lol haha. Take care and hope your weekend is going well!
Hi J! Im doing well. Training is going good.. few challenges with time management.. but Im workin it. Running 5 miles a week in addition to lifting.. is my consistent goal. How are you? Nice Avi boyfriend!! You are looking great! Keep it up! Jazzy:)
