This was taken before I started lifting heavy.
This waas taken 7 months into bodybuilding. Calves has not progress well despite the fact that I was a runner before.

Try to maintain calorific intake ratio of 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat.

Still trying to find out what is the best way to get myself out of bed for workout. I keep a workout and diet journal. That helps.
