Thank you very much indeed Jan, Karate is always fun, and so is going to the weight room, or running. Now that I'm not running I'm getting heavy, so I double my kata effort same when I go to the gym, work as hard as I can.

Sorry to hear about the leg and surgery later. Happy for you though that you can now get back to your training of upper body after a month off. Life always seems to have a way at times to throw us a curve. Stay motivated and passionate about your upper body training and I'm sure even after that unexpected delay you'll be fine. Andre

Welcome. Doing good this Summer. Only one visit to Chiro so far so that's a good sign. The eye is healing very well which certainly has helped with the stress. Weather here is the pits. Has rained almost every day for the month of July and more of the same forecast for first 2 weeks of Aug. Been hot and very humid which I detest with a passion. HA. BUT what can U do? I spent my entire childhood in E/W. Germany, Finland, USSR, Italy... (mostly Germany). It's still in the heart, you know? :)
