achieve 15% body fat within 4 months, i.e., June 31st, 2009
Goal (Long):
I have always admired the beauty and strength of the bodies of fitness models. Although I have been doing weights and cardio training for the past 4 years and have gained some muscles, I have not been consistent and discplined with my nutrition program. So this time I would like to follow a balanced nutritional program, and give it 100%. I want to do this not only for achieving my fitness goal. Sure being fit gives my proudness, confidence, energy, more importantly, I want to train myself mentally to be accountable and disciplined. These qualities are essential for living my life the way I want.
In summary, I want to be at 15% body fat within 12 weeks. the reason for the transformation is achieving mental discipline and accountability, with be fit as a by product.
