I played sports during all my childhood life and some college. I continued to workout in College as well. I've worked out on and off for the past 3 years never achieving my goals but staying healthy. Than I had that moment that will prove to be the incident that changed my life. I went to buy a new bathing suit and was quite down after the experience. I never had to deal with that type of situation in my life, felling so self conscience. I new right then and there I had to make a change. I started my journey that day.
Why I Love It:
I like the energy I get from working out. I also like the changes my body goes through from weights. The body is amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
At this moment I'm curious of my bodies potential. I want to reach goals I have never attained, reaching back when I played sports in college.
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing 25lbs

Goal (Long):
I've been working out for almost 6 weeks straight. In the past i've worked out on and off pretty much my whole life. However, I've taken a long time off and never really been as meticulous as I would've liked with diet and workout together.
I'm keeping logs and marcros for diet plan this time around.
I decided to do my leg workout today. I'm feeling depleted already and I must be needing a carb up based on todays workout. I had to cut my cardio in half because I was feeling like crap. However, on a good note I went up in all my leg excercises. I dont know how I'm gonna make it through...
