How I Started:
I've always been very athletic. Played baseball in Highschool. Really all started when my father gave me a 300lb olympic weight set for a present. It all just grew from there and I haven't stopped since. I weighed 165lb as a senior in highschool and now I weigh 220lbs. I want to lose around 20lb and come in around 200lb for my first competition.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I have after a hard training session. It also helps me relieve stress from my daily life. I've kind of reached a plateau in my bodybuilding currently. Really all that is left for me is to tweak my eating plan and I'll be where I need to be.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the results I've made and reading bodybuilding.coms web site.

I haven't competed yet. I plan to compete next year.
