I combine free weights with plyometrics as well as yoga and stretching to create an hour long daily workout for fat loss and muscle develop
4 days a week
50 to 60 minutes of plyometrics featuring 5 circuits of timed excersizes
2 Days a weeks
Weight Lifting with Cardio
3x10 dumbell Chest Press
3x15 Dumbbell Flys
3x10 Incline Press
3x15 Cable Flys
Push Ups
3x10 Rows
3x10 Dumbbell Rows
3x15 Standing Barbell Curls
3x25 Dumbbell curls ( to exhaustion)
3x10 Shoulder Dumbbell Press
3x10 Lateral Raises
3x10 Tricep push downs
3x10 Close Grip Push Ups
3x15 Squat and Lunges
Abs- 5 minutes
In between every body part 3 to 5 minute plyometric routine. Jumping Jacks, Running In Place, Mt. Climbers, Jumps, Burpees
