How I Started:
Always exercised and played sports growing up. Gained alot of weight after h.s. and decided to lose the weight. Started weightlifting and doing cardio 6 days a week until I lost all the weight I wanted too. Quit workingout for awhile and now I am back to get ripped.
Why I Love It:
Just knowing you feel better and look better is what I get out of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just focusing on my goals and keep determined everyday to stay on track. I hate to fail.

None, dont care to accomplish anything other than to get ripped and put on muscle.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Just depends sometimes 8 to 10 and other days 15 to 20.

Not much usually, I superset alot. Keeps your heart rate rolling.
