Overall Goal:  BACK IN IRAQ AUG 25 09!!!! to bounce back from a serious injury due to an explosion in iraq. cut my bodyfat back down to 10% or lower and to be an inspiration to all through my hardwork and dedication.

Fit Status:  back in iraq and was hitting the gym hard but had a set back with an infection in my foot. damn injury from last deployment

just had my 2nd surgery on my leg and foot. chest is flabby and my abs are gone, weighed 225ibs. gained around 40ibs

workout log so that i can keep track of what i have done and when i need to switch my workout up

Yea hope your goals are on track... The diet I use is on my website and it is free. As far as abs I just google routines each time. I try to focus on weighted and resistance for abs.
