this person inspires me cause of their dedication to staying fit, most ppl her age arent thinking about staying in great shape and how that can affect them later on in life! i hope this person can inspire other ppl her age to stay fit

Hey! You're definitely progressing... don't quit! it's a long road :) I weigh in this week and do bf%. Will probably post some new progress pics in a few. I can't tell much of a difference, but some photos might show the stuff I haven't noticed. Thanks for keeping me accountable!

Yea hope your goals are on track... The diet I use is on my website and it is free. As far as abs I just google routines each time. I try to focus on weighted and resistance for abs.
