When I Started:
Mar, 2007
How I Started:
I started lifting off and on about 3 years ago while training in MMA. However, I didn't seriously lift until about 3-4 months ago.
Why I Love It:
I love the gym, and love the way I feel when I walk in, it's second nature to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am currently a firefighter and I started lifting to stay in shape for my job, but love it so much now that I would love to make it a career one day.
BB Accomplishments:
I have definitely gotten stronger, but I have not done alot of cardio in the past 8 months, so needless to say, my bodyfat % is still to high. With some hard work and dedication, I plan to drop my bf% to at least 10 percent in the next 6 months.

"I know that heart attacks kill the majority of firefighters and I definitely do not want to be in that category..so working out is a sacrifice I'm willing to take."
Over 40% of all line of duty deaths are from heart attack! We all know the ones that are the biggest risk. That's why we prioritize fitness. Great work!
