When I Started: Aug, 2004
How I Started: I first took weight lifting seriously while on deployment in Iraq. Now I'm a gym rat. I also need to make sure I keep my weight in check as well as my bodyfat so I can stay within military standards.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling I get after a hard workout. I also love the compliments from my wife. I hope someday I have a six pack and a 32" waist.
How I Stay Motivated: I want to be a Marine Officer and I want to stay healthy and young for my new daughter Avery Isabella!
