How I Started:
I first took weight lifting seriously while on deployment in Iraq. Now I'm a gym rat. I also need to make sure I keep my weight in check as well as my bodyfat so I can stay within military standards.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after a hard workout. I also love the compliments from my wife. I hope someday I have a six pack and a 32" waist.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be a Marine Officer and I want to stay healthy and young for my new daughter Avery Isabella!

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
dont try and make something nasty taste great just bc its healthy. if you dont like it you wont stick to it. You just have to compromise. But I guess how you cook it is an easy way.
