I would like to transform my body into the peak physical shape it was meant for. I need to burn fat and gain muscle!
Goal (Long):
My weight struggle didn't start until I was around 10...When I was younger I used to be active and love playing outside. Certain things in my life happened which have gotten me where I am today. I have been on diets about 60% of my life and I have always heard people complain that none of them work. I am not here to say that because in all honesty I more than likely didn't follow them the way I should have. However, I am determined once and for all it will not beat me. I want more than anything else in the world to be in shape and fit. I know the people on this website can help me with that! Along with my great friend Liz who herself is a bodybuilder.
Tiffany inspires me because you can see she is real and dealt with issues of being past the point of just loosing a couple of pounds. This in itself is comforting to most. To know a "normal" person can accomplish something this hard.
Ruby is definatley an inspiration!! She looks amazing and its more than obvious the kind of dedication she has! I can only hope that my dedication is as strong as hers. It's sometimes difficult to be inspired by people who only have 20 or 30 lbs to loose. But when I came across Ruby's page I instantly saw myself and I couldn't help but be inspired to know that it is possible, Thanks Ruby!!
Does anyone ever feel like they aren't doing enough? I'm a month into my transition and sometimes I feel like I'm not pushing myself hard enough. I work 7 days out of the week anywhere from 5 hrs to 14 hrs a day. I work out at least 5 days a week and for some reason I keep feeling like...

Hi, don't lose the fat too quick, you will end up with loose skin hanging off your body all over the place and only surgery can remove it. Take it slow and steady you will get there before long :)
