Going to try to incorporate a lot of compound moves such as squats, dead lifts, and presses. Protein I am going to try to eat every 2-3 hours and get around 30-40 grams each meal for a total around 240grams a day.

Little rough the past few weeks been busy moving and class just started back, so next week I am going to start hitting the gym hard, bought some mass gainer and stuff so hopefully I can put on some weight

Got optimum nutrition weight gainer, some waximaize carb complex, and ON protein and getting some creatine from GNC when I get off work. Hoping that if I add more calories and carbs I will put on a few pounds.
