Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Live in a dorm, so can't have a home gym. Pros interact with people learn new/different work out routines. Cons; People standing around chatting and getting in my way.
Yeah, I know man, school and work can really stunt progress. What you weighing now? I'm doing ok, I feel like I'm on a plateau right now, need to break thru it. I wanna gain some more mass. Will you get back into it and compete when things settle down for you? Where you going to school?
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
have you already figured out how much protien you need to cosume. and are you going to focus on power movements which are most important when adding mass
