Lifted all throughout high school off and on but could not keep a steady schedule due to sports and my lack of knowledge in the weight room. Then my senior year after my soccer season ended I decided to get serious about lifting. Starting off I couldn't even bench my body weight. Which looking back upon it makes me laugh. But now I'm in college and I'm just trying to lift when I can.
Why I Love It:
Love seeing my body change for the better. I also love getting comments about how I look muscular and bigger. Lifting is also a great stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
By what people tell me. Whether it is you can't do this or that. But also the wows I get from people I have not seen in some time.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 20 lbs my first year, hopefully I can do it agian.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Live in a dorm, so can't have a home gym. Pros interact with people learn new/different work out routines. Cons; People standing around chatting and getting in my way.
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
have you already figured out how much protien you need to cosume. and are you going to focus on power movements which are most important when adding mass

Thats good man, I have been so busy lately that it has been hard to get gym time in....late nights early mornings, packed days...but I am hoping to get back in there! Dont want to pick back up bad habits!
