Work up to a Weight of approximately 220 lbs and have a ripped physique (~ 7% Body Fat).
A lofty goal that will that will take time. I will enjoy the process.
Shouldn't be that difficult since I haven't been working my Legs yet. The hard part will be losing the body fat without consuming muscle...
