What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
creatine, glutamine and glucosamine. i take the creatine and glutamine to stop muscle breakdown and to start repairs also to fill the muscle full of amino acids.

today was a chest and tri day

my db presses went up to 70 lbs

my flyes went up to 35 lbs

skullcrushers went up to i cant even remember but over 150 lbs

i have lost 3 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle in 3 weeks and plan on gainined from now on
