When I Started:
Jun, 2006
How I Started:
Well at first i started out working out with plymetrics and light weights for hockey, but when i started hitting the weights hard i just wanted to get bigger stronger, too tired of being the smallest guy in the room, to say.
Why I Love It:
bodybuilding is a lifestyle in which i can't get enough of. its when im at the gym when im the most happy, a time of release. When im at the gym all my problems disappear, my sanctuary.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by steping on that scale everyday and see it the same, makes me workout harder and harder. Plus most of my friend bodybuild so that motivates me. I want to be the biggest and the person that other people talk about.
I don't think you'll have to wait long to win Mr. Windsor - you clearly have built an impressive physique. Keep up the great work and you'll soon have plenty of trophies for your shelf. Good luck!
Just had emergency eye surgery a couple of days ago to save my left eye and not supposed to play on this machine for more than a few minutes at a time......Give me a few days for eye to start to get better and I'll get back to you around middle of next week. TKS...Andre
Thanks for the comment and advice. I will definitely try that. Love your front double bicep pic, you have got freaky split peaks. What an awesome job you've done!
Thanks for the add and nice message...U have done an outstanding job so far and have a feeling then when you win that Mr. Windsor very soon it will be only the first step towards one hell of a great career in this sport......Andre
Dude, you are awesome. I have an 18 year old son and I wish he would go to the gym with me so he could look ripped like you. You certainly could be Mr O someday with that dedication.
