What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I actually get motivated from talking to people on bodyspace, without this site, I wouldnt get very motivated.

Unfortunately yes i did. It's my own fault tho. I blew out my groin. Not enuf stretching most likely the cause. Kept building muscle and it didn't have anywhere to go, so it blew thru the sheath that holds it down under the skin. Big time upset! I see a specialist in 7 days, so hopefully i get back on track soon.

Well thank you! I was made fun of in school, and as sad as that whole situation was, it drove me to make myself better. I don't party and have never been drunk, I dont' easily fall into peer pressure so I'm sure that's had a thing or two to do with it. :)
