How I Started:
I started out my freshman year of College. My roommate was really into working out and fitness, so I ended up getting hooked on it too. I love the gym. If I could I would live in one!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel during and after my workouts. I like how my body is changing into how I want it to be. I also love the attention I have been getting. It's a lot different from the negative attention I use to get when I was overweight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the people with bodies I want and see how happy they are. I look at how I use to look and remember what I am striving for. I also think about the rush after a good workout and Im good to go! :)
I have never had problem gaining muscle mass. My problem have always been definition. I use to be a very fat child/teen until I joined martial arts and got to a healthy weight. However now I am Headed to the Marines and I want to be in top shape even Before I go! I want to improve my health habits before I leave so I can have them when I come back. My ultimate goal is to have the oh-so famous 8 pack. I want to have a body that turns heads. Hopefully with some help I can be ripped and healthy once and for all!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%

So I have gotten my official ship date, and taken care of my personal problems keeping me from leaving. So it seems im good to go and ready for boot camp! I have a little over a week to finalize and get ready. I hope I do well. The two things I am worried about is my Run time and my Pull-ups....
damn that's pretty soon! good luck with everything, i'm sure you'll be happy you did it!
i'm going to school down at Loma Linda University, i swear its like an SDA capitol, hha.
as for cardio it depends, what have you been doing already? its just a matter of what your body is used to, and what you can do it give it a new challenge (hence results)... let me know or send me a message, these things don't let you type much.
Thank you for such a sweet compliment! You've made my day! I see you are a military man, so please accept my sincere appreciation for serving our country. You honor me with your friendship invitation. Hope you'll drop by from time to time to say hello. All my best to you always, Jen
ah sweet, you're heading to the marines? that's awesome, how soon do you head out?
i love the competition stuff. i'm supposed to be bulking and putting on more muscle right now, but this contest on the website (if all goes well) kind of demands me to lean out a little bit. So, i'm doing my best right now while juggling that and school (not fun)...
ugh, anyway, let me know how your training goes, i'm always up for giving advice if you need it! or taking it too..
