TO BE HAPPY WITH WHAT I HAVE AND TO SEE IT AS ENOUGH BUT TO HOLD ON TO IMPROVEMENT SO THAT I WILL ALWAYS GROW.

COMPETED IN MY FIRST SHOW AT 166LBS JULY25TH (SPACECOAST CLASSIC IN MELBOURNE FL)
I THINK I GOT 5TH OR 6TH PLACED--I WAS HAPPY AND SAW THAT AS MY WINNING (FINALLY MADE IT TO THE STAGE AFTER 2YRS OF TRAINING)
IT WAS A HAPPY DAY I GOT MARRIED THE DAY BEFORE AND MOVED INTO MY NEW HOME THE DAY BEFORE THAT..THE TROPHY WAS MY WIFE IN THE STANDS.
NOW ITS BUSINESS, 4SHOWS 2010, 1ST SHOW AS A MASS MONSTER SO I CAN SEE WHAT I LOOK LIKE AND DETERMINE THE REST OF THE YEAR.

Sitting around the gym for a while? You say that like you went there and just people watched which I know didn't happen. You just played with toy weights so you wouldn't go crazy.

You're going to start ordering your stuff online soon. Or end up doing madness like eating and drinking protein at the same time. Depends on your perspective but eh, chocolate/peanut butter with steak and brocoli isn't really all that bad.

LOL, thanks. Hah, the midesection wasn't even what I was after but eh, when I noticed myself dropping weight too fast I started stuffing my face like crazy.

I think the answer to that question is what type of crowd are you trying to have at your fitness facility. ;-) The answer of course impacts your wallet as well.
lol, first thing you do when you get off is go supp shopping. Its a damned shame thats the first thing we do. Oh well, a gift and a curse. I've already bought my online stuff and will be heading to vitamin shoppe in the morning.
