Lose weight (drop a bag of mulch) and gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
Now getting training and support from Kerry Lind at thelindgym.com on nutrition and workouts based on an 1800-calorie meal plan and distinct weekly freeweight, machine, and cardio exercises to reach 165 lbs.
In Real Bodybuilding (Authorhouse: 2008), Ron Harris takes a no-nonsense, no-holds-barred, no-bull approach to discuss his commitment to the art of bodybuilding. Along the way, he tackles some thorny topics and gives good advice on personal choices, diet, and hard-core training.
Thanks for the friend request. I had a bummer of an end to 2008 but I am back at it for 2009. Hope we can help each other get to our goals. Best of luck.
