lauramcgraw That's hard when you travel. I can not imagine not having my gym to go to every day. It has become a second home in the last few months. Have you tried bringing bands with you? Dips are awesome too on a chair and you can walk up a wall to do headstand pushups.... Those are a killer shoulder workout. I know it's not the same as the gym but hopefully you can go the three times when you are home. Apr 16, 2012 10:47pm
