I would like to gain muscle and lose body fat. I would like to get to around 175-180, by the end of the 2010.
Goal (Long):
I have always been very slim, I want to have a body that I can be proud of. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 175-180 pounds, with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 250 on the bench press.

I want to GAIN 25 lb
