Father raised me in a health and fitness environment. Always have been into health and fitness. I was originally paralyzed when I was 5 and had muscular dystrophy. I overcame it, and began playing sports, running, and gaining large amounts of interest in physical fitness.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because everyday is a challenge. No matter how good of shape you are in, you can always push yourself. There is no limits. Working out is healthy for the mind, body, and spirit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Realizing where I came from. Overcoming being in a wheelchair and full right knee reconstructive surgery.
Gain 5-10lbs and stay lean. Keep my flexibility and cardiovascular fitness levels at an optimum level as well. Maintain my health eating habits, keep my body fat between 5-8%.
