My Workout Program

I generally try to perform two warm up sets with medium weight at the beginning of each muscle groups training session. After the warm up, I perform three or four working sets with a rep range of 8-12 reps.

Day #1- Back Attack

Bent BB row
Wide grip pull down
Hammer Strength high row
Pull over machine
Seated cable row
Dual handle pull down


Day #2- Chest/ Calves

Incline DB press
Machine chest press
Incline DB flyes
Push ups
Standing calf raise
Seated calf raise


Day #3- Legs

Squats
Stiff leg dead lift
Leg extension
Seated leg curl


Day #4- Shoulders

DB military press
Cable rear raise
Superset DB lateral raise with DB upright row
DB front raise
Smith machine shrugs
DB shrugs


Day #5- Arms

EZ bar curl
Single arm preacher curl
Alternating DB curl
Skull crushers
V bar pushdown
Single arm pushdown


This is simply an example of one of my training programs. This is my current month program which I will completely change at the beginning of the next month. I hope this helps, and good luck.
