Gained weight and became out of shape after an injury. After turning 46, decided there was no reason to "let nature take its course" and began hitting the gym with my wife.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the transformation and proving that age is just a number.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and training partners.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropped body fat to 9.7%. Became a Certified Personal Trainer..
Lost 20 lbs and reduced my body fat to under 10%. Now working on adding 10 lbs of lean muscle and proving you are never to old!!
Goal (Long):
At 46 years old, with the help of my friends and workout partners Rlxmuscle, Tabitha2686, Jimmymuscles and my wife, I have gotten in the best shape of my life!!!!. My goal now is to continue to add lean muscle and push myself as far as I can. My wife has also worked hard to transform herself and inspires me to work hard everyday at the gym...We are living proof that you are never too old!!

too true too true! there are alot of other numbers probably more important than age! like weight and bodyfat! haha need both of mine lower but thats what goals are for! Thanks for the comment! your abs look fantastic!
