Overall Goal: My original goal was to get to 122lbs (from 168lbs) but now that I am at 148.6lbs (oh yeah) I think 130lbs would be a comfy weight for me. ***18.6lbs to go***

Fit Status:
I went to the Red River Competition and had a great time.....
Well after having my son back in 12/2003 I was left with 50lbs of fat. As a young and single mother I was dead set on being the best mommy ever. Which meant having a strong relationship with GOD, staying educated on health and education for kids, working hard, being financially stable, providing a safe and stable enviornment and the list goes on and on. However, out of all of the things that I wanted to be for him I completely neglected myself physically, emotionally and mentally. Needless to say over the past 5 1/2 years I have lost myself. In March 09 i had some health issues and my doctor informed me that I needed to change my eating habits. Then in a follow up visit with a new doctor I was told that I was OBESE. Its not like I was shocked to hear this but I was just embarrassed and disappointed in myself. I decided then that I needed to make a change.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a reason to fall in love with myself over and over again. Its like watching my grow and learn. Its really fullfilling. Even when I dont have a great workout or my eating isnt as clean as it should be I still know that I have changed. I feel stronger mentally and I look better physically. I am just really proud of myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use the goals (dates) that I have set as a way to stay motivated.
*****My motivation comes from having a positive attitude****It literally changed my life.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing my first 20lbs.
Running a mile nonstop.
Running 2 miles nonstop.
Changing my negative attitude into a positive attitude. Looking at myself, my life and my future in a positive way is a huge accomplishment.

lol send me your diet i am going to try it. how have you been girl? i am going to try that treadmill workout your doing? what else are you doing in the gym?
Hey there, I'm doing well, trying to get back on track after a 5 day vacation where i pretty much ate whatever i wanted, but today is a new day and i'm hitting it hard - never giving up :-) I will post some moore pictures soon, it's amazing that i can motivate people, that's nice to hear. Thanks for checking on me, that keeps me motivated!!!
lol i want to go shopping so bad. i am definitly going to try to lose 40 lbs before christmas. that is my short goal right now lol. hopefully we can get there. how is your eating?
lol man i know. i am looking for another gym right now. i was thinking of trying insanity have you ever heard of it. it looks like a good video that works. since i am going to school next week i need something for the days i cant get to the gym. im not giving up, dont let me give up lol.
Yeah i am always like wow i need to get to the gym. but by the time i get home im like yeah i am too tired. plus i start school on Monday so i dont know when i am going to be able to go other than the weekends.
hey i didnt get the list try sending it again. and also send me a full list of what you are doing? i changed mine up recently and it is working there is definitly differences. But i havent been to the gym as much due to daughter birthday, friends coming in town, husbands surgery, and leaving out of town to see my parents. i dont think i am going to post measurements and pics until Sept. 1st.
