Thank you hun! Well, jumproping is a really great workout (like 10 3 min sessions with 30 second rests). At first you will be tripping on the rope if you are not used to it, but you will not believe how great of a workout it is in the least amount of time!

Thank you so very much for wishing Judi a Happy Birthday. She was indeed surprised and after seeing all the congratulatory comments it didn’t take long for her to become emotional and cry tears of happiness. It couldn’t have come at a better time because she is experiencing some severe symptoms from her Lupus and has had to temporarily back off weightlifting for a while which has caused her to feel pretty down. Your words helped cheer her up.
God bless you.

I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.

Thanks for the add. Remember that the scale is not the ultimate but how you feel and your toned body is the goal.

My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
