How I Started:
I worked at a steel yard in high school, when I went to college I needed some physical activity.... I lived across the street from the gym.
Why I Love It:
It takes dedication and it keeps me ready to go back to work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyday is a new day. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is tomorrow. What do we really have, but this moment in time that is constantly pushed forward? This moment in which we could sit down and ponder upon the worlds ideas, or a moment in which we can change the ideas the world has to ponder on.
Hopefully I can get to 250 before I try to get cut down again. I know that going from 180 to 250 is going to be a little difficult, but what isn't? I'm going to give it a try.
