Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): 180 by Christmas morning. Time to take this serious.
Goal (Long): I want to see definition in my chest and abs. I especially want to see improvement in my back width and lose my lower back fat. My goal is to have my ass stick out farther than my back...as silly as that might sound.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 13%

Joe .... gotta get back into that groove!! The first weeks in May are killer for me, too. I always gain weight then ... then it's back to losing!!! Remember, smaller suit size! :)

Joe, Keep on plugging away! as long as you can do about 2 lbs/week, you're on track to be 180 come your wedding. You might want to rent/buy a tux in that size to give you extra incentive. ;)
