How I Started:
I got started with running when I was young. Then I realized that I was toooooo skinny and needed to put on some weight. Ever since then, I haven't stopped.
Why I Love It:
It is the best way to release the stress of the day! Oh, and it helps makes me feel good too!
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see my cousin who is wheelchair bound, and he still works out! If he can do it then I know I can.

I'm trying. I even slept almost 4 more hours than usual. On work days, I get up at 3:20 am and other days about 4 am - I know I am crazy! Today, I went back to sleep when I automatically woke up at 4 and I slept til 7. I did a little bike riding, stretching, and a little chest & biceps this morning. I'm feeling a little better. Are you having a good Friday so far?
