Things are good. I have a journal that you can read through for some tips. It looks like you're on the right track, man. It's all about time and effort. Keep tryin to learn, and apply what ya learn, man. My best advice is to train hard, and eat "right" - I didn't say eat a ton... I said eat "right". You only need ~ 250 over maintenance to gain.
you just have to want it, to make your legs as big and strong as possible. My roommate had the same problem and its just a mental thing that he had to get past. Legs will make the rest of your body strong just from the testorone release. Personally they are my favorite to train.
i got mine at bodybuilding.com for like $10. I was wearing one because i hurt my wrist and it just helped secure my wrist and forearm. I like them, and they are pretty cheap. alot of my buddies wear them all the time, when theyh lift.
Whats up man, good to see another TE. Right now I am going into my sophmore year in college. We have been hitting the weights pretty hard and I have gotten alot stronger. Good luck with your senior year.
Hey bud, you're welcome. If I can help at all I'd be glad to. Diet is very important to acheiving good health and a quality physique. Limit junk food to maybe one meal a week or eat junk even less if you can. Try eating small well balanced meals every 2-3 hrs 6-7 times a day. Consume 1-1.5g per body weight of protein a day. So, I'm 155 lbs I consume between 155-232.5g of protein a day. I don't really go over 200g. Keep workin hardand eatin right, bro... you'll get where you wanna be.
those are some big time schools. I weight train 5 days a week for about an hour and 15 minutes per session. Good luck with getting that 40 time down, thats harder than getting stronger in my opinion.
i played Wr and FS, i ran the 40 in 4.51 at the nike recruit camp. that was on astro turf not a track, which made it a little slower. what schools are looking at you? and how about your 40 time?
