Canyon H S Attended 1994 to 1997 Canyon, Texas United States
When I Started:
Sep, 2008
How I Started:
I grew up being an athlete. I played football and baseball through high school and played baseball through college. Working out had always been about athletic performance, and once that was over, it took a little time for me to get in a groove. After college, I worked out during law school in my spare time as a way to help with stress. After law school, working out became more difficult as the hours at the office piled on (lame excuse), so after a couple of years and 15lbs, I changed firms and moved my office into a building with a gym. It has been awesome to be able to use time at the office to work out.
Why I Love It:
It is a great release and helps me focus on something other than work.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and my 3 year old little girl. I only have a short time until boys start coming around.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 15+ pounds, gaining muscle and strength, and getting off of a cholesterol medication.

Here’s the workout (following a good warmup)– 1×15. I did not take any rest between exercises. I feel like crap today with a head cold, but I'd rather feel like crap in the gym than spending a little extra time at my desk.....
Warm up: elliptical/Light lat pulls, squat (bar x...
The MRI crapped out during the procedure. Didn't complete the scan, but I did get to spend about 30 minutes in that little tube. If they would have just shut up in the control room I could have taken a nap. Rescheduled for tomorrow, but they don't have anyone on site Saturday that will read a RC scan. Looks like I wait until Monday for any update. The shot and Physical Therapy have helped a ton.
Drink lots of water & load up on the vit-o-supplements this weekend. I felt plenty well enough to cheat last night, esp getting home at 7pm from work & fending for myself. But couldn't face you today if I did..........LOL.
Did pretty well. Could have been a little better because I didn't cook (wife & kids out of town last night), so I went for faster options. But not bad. You?
Your results are looking good too. Your body weight dropped steadily in the spring and summer and it looks your adding some lean muscle now. Am I right? I'll bet November will be good to you too!
Man, how'd you get into my head Jason? I'm having a devil of a time conquering the stress eating monster. Won't bore you w/ details, but nighttime munching due to stress when I'm trying to relax w/ some downtime has my efforts to cut BF at a hard standstill. Very frustrating.
He'd really like to be a Longhorn, but I'm not sure how he'll develop. He's already got a good fastball and is throws the change-up with confidence. He makes a lot of contact at the plate and last year, he hit 18 home runs, so he's got some pop in his swing. He moves up to the regulation size field next year (60'6" mound, 90' basepaths) so we'll see how he does. What position did you play?
Greetings; I am working HARD!!!! almost everyday, Im in the gym. Refining my diet etc. I realy want to do this. Pls keep me encouraged. Thanks again Mr. Webb.
Thanks for the support. She is doing Mary Kay...she is going into Director Qualification this month. If all goes well...she will be bringing in more than she is now as a teacher with more time to spend with our son.
