HOW I STARTED:

Started in High School, but really became dedicated to it recently. At the beginning of my exchange to Tokyo it hit me that I needed to take this more seriously. Most everyone here is very thin, and I want to maintain a fit healthy body my entire life.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Where I am right now (Japan) people are always so thin, so I don`t want to be overweight like a lot of the people in the United States. I always think about what I might look like in the future and how that would make me feel physically and mentally.
