I signed up for a 5k....its next March so lots of time to prep! I just finished my first 3.2 mile jog/walk, must admit I was feeling pretty good about it until my son's friend said "Oh, I ran a 5k yesterday, my time was 32:34!"    :) Hmmm....I need to get a LOT faster! Seriously...
