Why I Love It:

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Cellmass. I've felt that it's been a great post workout supplement that helps me in my recovery.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
No Xplode. It helps be get energized and focused so I hit the ground running once I'm in the gym.
