When I Started: Feb 2010
HOW I STARTED:

i started because i wanted to get better at a sport that required you to have strenght to perform at your best.

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love working out because your body's physique represents if your a person who can start something and stick to it. it also gives you more confidence.

Eightpak Hey man, I typically will do like 4 sets of squats (6-10 reps), 4 sets of Leg presses (15-20 reps), then head over to the machines and knock out some hamstring curls and extensions. Also love Romanian deadlifts for the hams. Feb 26, 2010 8:58pm

CharleyD The key on getting abs is to lose the body fat covering them, and by growing them. You should be doing exercises where you CANNOT do another rep at 8-12 reps. You should be doing 3 sets. Make sure to consume about 30g of protein immediately after the workout.. Feb 19, 2010 2:13am
