{REPEAT} GRRRRRRRR!!!! Then I was all done!!! This workout takes me approximately 1 hour prior to my 1 mile warmup run. I give myself a 2 minute break between sets and then I get at the next one. It almost feels like a competition betwee you and the workout, and I only have one rule... I WILL NOT LOOSE!!!
