My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Cross Training Workout with 1000 sit-ups sprinkled in!

Set 1

75 flutter kicks (abs)

10 reps bench press 245lbs

75 seated scoops (abs)

10 Skull Crushers with 10 close grip chest

10 Back Pulls

75 decline sit-ups

10 dumbell curls

75 oblique crunch on each side (150)

10 dumbell shoulder raises

25 wheel rows (abs)

40 pull ups

25 V-situps

10 Power cleans

25 up downs (abs)

20 leg press

20 leg curls

150 jump ropes

50 Stair Climbers (abs)

{REPEAT} GRRRRRRRR!!!!  Then I was all done!!!  This workout takes me approximately 1 hour prior to my 1 mile warmup run.  I give myself a 2 minute break between sets and then I get at the next one.  It almost feels like a competition betwee you and the workout, and I only have one rule...  I WILL NOT LOOSE!!!

Renaewhyte Ummmmm... I just checked your abs.... they are already poppin more than mine!! I hit mine 3 times a week & Always with weights.. Cable crunches ROCK! Get super clean with diet.. & I mean SUPER clean... not missing meals too... keep the eating consistant to see your gains & deeper cuts ;) You are a machine :D May 15, 2012 2:42am
