My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
My current routine, i have been pushing 1000 push-ups per day for the last 2 months.. starting aug 1st. the routine consists of 25 sets of 40 currently.the first day i hit the mark aug 1st they took me all day to complete, currently i am getting them in before i leave for work in an hour and 5 mins, 1 set every 2 1/2 mins, starting tomorrow, oct 1st im raising the bar. i will begin my new routine of 20 setsof 50 reps. also starting this week i wilm begine incorporating a regular lifting routine in tbe afternoons with a friend at 4 seasons, and cardio on non lifting days.

Current Diet Routine
Currently I am using a full blown Body Fortress© regiment, staring with a Nos Blast or Nos Concentrate befor my morning workout, followed by a strawberry whey/creatine HP/Glutamine/L-cartinine shake on my way into work, throughout my day i take 4 more 26g strawberry whey shakes, I drink from a gallon thermos all day that has 2 scoops of Nos Concentrate, 2 Scoops of Nos Blast, 1 Serving of Glutamine, and 2 servings of L-Cartinine, and a packet of Crystal Light Pink Lemonade for added flavor. In addition to the mix's i eat Clif and Zone Perfect meal bars and a mix of fruits and veg. in the evenings dinner mainly consists of a veggie burger or turkey burger with a salad, or mixed veg dish as well as individual Vegetables and Fruits.
