How I Started:
I was always thin and active threw high school, I joined the Marine Corps at age 18 and have been in for 5 years now. I stayed in great shape for my first 3 1/2 years, went to Iraq in 05 and was doing great. Jan 07 I had a motorcycle accident and was put in a wheel chair for 6 months. I went from 6'2 195lbs at 17% body fat to 235 and about 30% body fat. Depression, alcohol, and addiction to pain killers destroyed mentally and phicaly. In July of 07 I had a choice, Get back in some respectiable shape and deploy to Afghanistan or get Medical discharged from the Marine Corps. The Corps is my life and I planned on doing my full 20 untill i could retire. I was shocked so i was told to get back in shape or have my life turned upside down. With in 4 months of my first step with out crutches or a cane I was where i need to be, I left for Afghanistan in Feb of 2009. Now back in the states and training harder than ever/

Marines come in all shapes, shades, sizes, and states of sobriety, misery, and confusion. He is sly as a fox, has the nerve of a dope addict, the stories of an old sailor, the sincerity of a politician, and the subtly of Mt. Saint Helen. He is extremely
