Overall Goal: After just having my 3rd back surgery, I want to put my body back into it's "fighting" shape. I previously did some MMA fighting and need to get back to that point.

After a tough leg workout yesterday, my legs are feeling it today. Did make a trip for supplements to see how they help me from now on.

How I Started:
I worked out alot in high school but let go of it for many years. A few years ago I did MMA fighting and was rather heavy doing it. Now I just had another back surgery and lost alot of weight and want to get back into the best shape of my life.
Why I Love It:
For one thing I get to do it with my girlfriend and another it makes me feel great. Keeps me motivated while being unemployed.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just trying to keep up with my girlfriend. Both her and I have lost alot of weight and want to keep it that way for the rest of our lives together.

Goal (Long):
Ever since after high school I've been the tall, lankey, skinny kid, then I put on over 100 lbs. from stupid medication. Now I've lost that 100 lbs. and need to reconstruct my body after having back surgery for the 3rd time on a failed fusion. I need to get back to my "fighting" shape as I have previously done some MMA fighting.
