Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
knowing what i accomplish at such a long layoff,an having such motivating work out partners don't hurt.
BB Accomplishments:

First I think that you have done well and have decent form. I will have to say that you should not exagerate your stats though. You do not have a 51" chest!!! You do not have over 20" arms, and you most definiley do not have 29" thighs!!!!!!!!!!!! LETS KEEP IT REAL BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pinkney, Happy New Year man!! The meal plan is still going strong. To get the solid/cut look, how will I need to change my meal plan? When? Or should I keep the meal plan the way it is until the show in April? Still holding so fat in the stomach area.
Dave
hey thanks for your help, actually yea i have a question, i herd its bad to do cardio on empty stomach because it could burn muscle is this a myth? and whats your post-workout meal like? ... thanks man. take care.
man , you look insane, you look like a guy that would be a perfect character in a war movie or video game, you look hardcore dog, hey how did you get shredded , whats your cardio and food like?. well peace man.
I've never really done fat burners but I am seriosly considering it. 45min cardio been trying to get up early and I'm almost there. I do that much just different times in the day. Once is all I will be able to do though.
