Why I Love It:
It has been a huge boost to my energy, self-esteem and, of course, physical strength. It is more than just getting exercise, more than a lifestyle, hobby or even obsession. It has become my secular church.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is super helpful to see the profiles of dedicated & positive people who are getting it done. Motivates me every time :)
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but maybe soon!

Legs & Shoulders
Chest & Back
Bicep & Tricep
I reduced the rest time to 30 sec before sets, which increased my heart rate, but the trainer I met with last week said...
I sent you an email with a rather lengthy answer to your nutrition question. But when I went to send it, my server went batty and knocked me offline. If you don't get it, let me know.
