Why I Love It:
It has been a huge boost to my energy, self-esteem and, of course, physical strength. It is more than just getting exercise, more than a lifestyle, hobby or even obsession. It has become my secular church.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is super helpful to see the profiles of dedicated & positive people who are getting it done. Motivates me every time :)
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but maybe soon!
