hey cuz yeah was training real gud, jus have had to have the last couple of weeks off cos of my final exams, but im all done and rerady to satert training pretty hard a. hw u gng?

oh nice il have a look at it mate. yeah im sitting around 102kg. Im having about 6 weeks or so off from running, hopefully get around 105kg then start fitness and speed and cuttind down, hopefully not losing to much weight or strength in the progress.

oh thats good what you tipping the scales at? yeah i want alot more gains in size it has takenme the last few weeks to get my strength back, seems to be al gud nw, so time to start going hard. oh tru, yeah i might have a try xtend.

oh nice thats pretty mean ay, u taking many supplements? yeah iv put on 3kg in 4weeks, not to bad, pretty sure most is leanmuscle mass. u competing soon? oh you not in chch anymore?

hey bro. in2 my third week of bulking up. good to be back. am trying to clean bulk ie less carbs but fining it very hard to get full. have not had a huge increase in weight. any tips for bulking up bro? chur

yeah bo strengths coming back so al gud, jus gna do this strength program for bout 6 weeks then il focus on some size. yeah 6 day split is hard but starting to get used to it and not as sore.

hey bro wats up? 97kgs nice, u been gng hard then? i havnt been to gym 4 couple of months tore a ligament in arm, going to start next week cnt wait a.still around 100kg but lost bita muscle hopefully come back soon. what kinda training u doing?
